MASCA Resolution on Signatory Changes

The Maligaya Senior Citizens Association (MASCA) held a meeting on June 13, 2025, where it was resolved to replace the authorized signatories for their savings account with Banco de Oro. Mrs. Mercedes T. Hipolito was elected as the new Treasurer and Mrs. Laureana B. Tamang as the Assistant Treasurer. The resolution was unanimously approved by the Board of Trustees and will be forwarded to the bank and other association members.

RESOLUTION INFORMING THE BANCO DE ORO (BDO) TUMAUINI BRANCH OFFICE,


BARANGAY SAN PEDRO, TUMAUINI, ISABELA THE REPLACEMENT OF THE AUTHORIZED
SIGNATORIES OF THE MALIGAYA SENIOR CITIZEN ASSOCIATION INC., SAVINGS
ACCOUNT NUMBER 007900127124 MRS. MERCEDES T. HIPOLITO AND MRS.
LAUREANA B. TAMANG.
WHEREAS, the Maligaya Senior Citizen Association Inc., (MASCA) in a duly
registered juridical person with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
registration No. CN201902119.
WHEREAS, the Maligaya Senior Citizen Association Inc., has an existing Savings
ACOUNT No. 007900127124 with the Banco DE Oro (BDO) Tumauini Branch.
WHEREAS, after the conduct of General Assembly Meeting last July 13, 2025, it
was decided by the General Assembly that a replacement be made via election as to the
position of the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer and the duly elected Treasurer is Mrs.
Mercedes T. Hipolito and Assistant Treasurer Mrs. Laureana B. Tamang, and now are the
authorized signatories for deposit and withdrawal of the Savings Account Number
007900127124.
ON UNANIMOUS MOTION, DULY SECONDED AND APPROVED by the Board of
Trustees, in a session assembled last July 13, 2025, it was RESOLVED as it is hereby
resolved to replace the authorized signatories in the person of the new Treasurer Mrs.
Mercedes T. Hipolito and Assistant Treasurer Mrs. Laureana B. Tamang.
RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the BDO
Branch Office for their information and approval and to the other officers and members
of the Association for their guidance.
