BACKGROUND CHECK CONSENT FORM

AUTORIZATION FOR RELEASE OF INFORMATION

I hereby irrevocably authorize BACKGROUND CHECK PRIVATE LIMITED and/or its agents, affiliates, sister concerns, and
subsidiaries (“ BCPL”) to conduct a verification of my education, employment/work history, identity verifications, contact personal
references, search criminal history record information pertaining to me and/or receive an investigative consumer report which
can include character and/or general reputation. Every attempt will be made to keep the information confidential.

I hereby understand that BCPL will use the information I have given on my application form (together with any information
which BPCL obtain with my consent from third parties) for assessing my suitability for employment with Engro group. I further
understand that it may be necessary to disclose my information to BPCL's agents and other subsidiaries. I hereby acknowledge
that by signing and returning this form to BPCL, I hereby give my consent to BPCL processing personal data about me (as may be
necessary), including but not limited to information about my criminal offences. I further consent to the transfer of my
information to my current and future potential employers where this is necessary (this may be to companies operating abroad if I
apply for work outside of the Pakistan). I hereby confirm that by signing below, I agree to this process and confirm that I do not
have a criminal record subject to the current reshabilitation of offenders laws/regulations in Pakistan and any amendments from
time to time.
I have read and understand this authorization for release of information and authorize the background investigation. I
hereby irrevocably authorize persons, schools, current and former employers and other organizations and agencies to provide
BPCL with any information, including but not limited to local name, national identity card, current address, former address,
contact number, date of birth that is requested, and I hereby release, and hold harmless, all the persons and agencies providing
such information from any and all claims and damages connected with the release of information. I agree that any copy of this
document is as valid as the original.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, FULLY UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY SIGN THE ABOVE PERMISSION FOR RELEASE
OF INFORMATION.
