WHEREAS, presented to the Bids and Awards Committee is an approved


purchase request from ADRIAN P. RUMBAUA, Administrative Officer II
with regards to the immediate needs PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES AND
EQUIPMENT FOR CAMAGONG ES;

WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee, acting upon the request and
considering the mode of procurement as embodied and appearing in the Annual
Procurement Plan.

NOW THEREFORE, the BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE, this Division,


RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND TO THE SCHOOLS HEAD TO ENTER INTO A MODE
OF PROCUREMENT which is, SHOPPING UNDER SEC. 52.1B.
