Simple Daily PCOS Routine (Student-Friendly)

Morning (7:00 AM - 8:00 AM)

- Wake up by 7:00 AM

- Drink 1 glass warm water with lemon (optional: add soaked methi seeds)

- 5 mins light stretching or yoga (helps digestion + hormones)

- Healthy breakfast: Poha / oats / roti + veggies / toast + peanut butter + 4 soaked almonds or 1 fruit

School Time (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
