- Clinical trial : Lots of money is invested by Pharmas in clinical trials .. Cancer is one of
the key field areas where many ct are going on
- Search for available similar solution – > get pro and cons
- Once identified the features ..talk to customer how is it useful to them
Represent the end user:
- How a pharma clinical trial manager will think and would like to have features in this
platform
- Understand the paint points nad provide the solutions accordingly
Assist backlog prioritization
- Define MVP
- Based upon MVP prioritize the features
- Sequential features within the MVP which can be demoable
Educate ART in PI planning
- GIvebroad level overall picture of product
- Explain features and needs
- Go through features, epics
- Review UX designs
Managing and Prioritizing team backlog:
- Guide story creation:
- Write the user story for features , Guide team for NFRs from product
perspectives
- Review NFRs if needed
- User stories needs to be it’s simplest format
- Prioritize backlog
- Once stories are defined in the iteration , prioritize it
- Connect with other PO if there are dependencies , prioritize the stories if they have
inter-dependencies

Support architect runway:
- Provide how much data size estimation which might be coming in near feature ..
- How should the user experience be .. light weight application .. which can be supported
on mobile or tablet
- Little background from users .. how much they are technologically efficient
- Different roles for the product access
Supporting team in value delivery
- Review UX designs
- Review Product demos well during each iteration demos
- Explain the user story .. As a clinical trial manager , I want to analyze the time tracking of
the given tumor sample
- As a pharma BA , I want to analyze which labs takes more time for the given sample
processing which will help me to optimize my process
Getting and applying feedback:
- Testing hypothesis:
- As clinical trial manager i should able to get the turn around time for the given sample
- As Pharma manager , I should able to identify low-performing labs in the data processing
circle
- As a clinical trial manage, I should able to see data plots of samples of interest of the
given CT
UAT feedback:
- Demo the working feature to stakeholders and clients
- Demo of how a sample can be tracked
- Enter the sample ID
- It will show where the sample currently is and at what stage
- Feedback:
- User wants pictorial simple representation of sample tracking
- Provide his feedback to the team
- Discuss over the solution design – > How much time is needed ..can it be a part of MVP
etc
