operations and logistics. Key findings include the successful adoption of the e-commerce

platform, the importance of reliable logistics partners, and areas needing improvement in
customer service.
In terms of logistics, the performance of transporters varied significantly. Delhivery stood out
for its timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction, while AMPL offered cost-effective
solutions but lagged in delivery speed. The cost-benefit analysis further revealed that while

transporters, and focus on enhancing the overall customer experience. By leveraging these
insights, the company can improve operational efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and
support its continued growth in the competitive e-commerce landscape. These
recommendations will guide Tupperware India in refining its strategies and achieving
sustainable success.

1. Give a brief description of your internship work (title and tasks for which you were
responsible):
As an intern at Tupperware India Pvt Ltd, I served as an E-Commerce Launch Intern,
where my primary responsibilities involved analyzing sales trends and forecasting future
demand. In this role, I utilized various analytical tools, including Excel and Power BI, to
manage and interpret data. My tasks included organizing sales data, creating detailed
trend reports, and developing forecasting models to predict future demand patterns. These
forecasts were crucial for optimizing our inventory management and e-commerce
strategies.
In addition to data analysis, I was also responsible for communicating with suppliers
regarding their logistics charges. This involved requesting quotes, reviewing and
comparing rates, and analyzing the cost-effectiveness of different suppliers. By
evaluating these logistics charges and comparing them across various suppliers, I was
able to identify the most competitive rates that met our needs. This process required
meticulous attention to detail and negotiation skills to ensure we secured the best possible
terms.
Combining these tasks, my role was integral in ensuring that our e-commerce operations
were both data-driven and cost-effective. The ability to analyze sales data and manage
supplier logistics allowed me to contribute significantly to Tupperware’s strategic
planning and operational efficiency. This comprehensive approach not only enhanced my
analytical and communication skills but also provided valuable insights into the
intersection of data analysis and supply chain management in the e-commerce sector.

were set down in your learning contract? In what ways were you able to take a new
direction or expand beyond your contract? Why were some goals not accomplished
adequately?
I successfully accomplished most of the initial goals and tasks outlined in my learning
contract, notably developing skills in Ms excel & Power bi and completing key projects
like finding best delivery partners and transporters. I also expanded my scope by
exploring the live manufacturing and quality standard checks, which provided additional
insights and enriched my experience. However, some goals were not fully achieved due
to some time constraints, unexpected challenges, or resource limitations. These obstacles
impacted my ability to meet all objectives as planned, but they also offered valuable
lessons in adaptability and prioritization, contributing to my overall growth and problem-
solving abilities.

strategic decision-making in our e-commerce initiatives.

was incredibly gratifying. It allowed me to apply my skills in a meaningful way and see
tangible results. However, there were aspects of the internship that I found challenging.
While I appreciated the learning opportunities and the supportive environment during my
internship, I found that some tasks were repetitive. However, this experience taught me
the importance of attention to detail and consistency, which are crucial skills in any

needed? Was more of an orientation required?)
To enhance my internship experience, I would have benefited from additional
responsibilities to further challenge and develop my skills. More frequent discussions
with my professor would have provided valuable insights and feedback on my progress.

the team. Overall, these adjustments would have enriched my learning experience and
contributed to a more productive and fulfilling internship.
