Central Luzon State University (CLSU) as a world-class National Research University is their

Vision, while its Mission is to develop globally competitive, work-ready people. It influences us
through their philosophy that the ultimate measure of the effectiveness of Central Luzon State
University as an institution of higher learning is its contribution. While the goal of the College of
Science is to promote equality and empowerment through quality science and mathematics
education. The objectives of the Department of Chemistry are to produce conscientious
registered chemists, registered chemical technicians and other professionals in allied fields; to
develop skilled individuals and train students; and train students to be patriotic and respectful.
Central Luzon State University (CLSU) offers a variety of knowledge in Science and Technology.
It enhances your learning, helps you grow competitively and trains you to work individually.
They’re not just committed to excellence, but also to accrediting qualified human resources. It
influences your educational, economic, social, cultural, political and moral well-being and
environmental consciousness of the peoples it serves. It provides advanced knowledge to
students in Math and Science to produce many experts in the field. They are also eager to
produce many professionals in these allied fields, they develop students who are skilled.
As a Chemistry student their vision encourages me to explore more in the field of research as I
open my eyes and let my hand do the work inside of the laboratory and explore things that I
couldn’t before. Second, their mission inspires me to do my work more precisely and
individually, to be globally fit in the professionalism of Science and Technology. Moreover, their
philosophy also influences me that I have the privilege to study Chemistry and go to the
laboratory because the effectiveness of the university is shown in many different ways. The
College of Science goals help me to see the light in the world that’s full of professionals that
they’re willing to give me the best education in Science and Mathematics. This motivates me to
work hard and become one of the licensed chemists in the future. The Objectives of Chemistry
inspire me to strive more and look forward to my future, because they will help us to be one of
the professionals, fostering us in the world of learning, developing our skills, and train us to be
more of a person.
These Institutional Values deepened my understanding about my program and courses. They
enlighten me with the possible opportunities I could get in this university. It helps me to
explore more in the principles of Chemistry and to help me for the future and experiences. It
helps me see my future clearly and confidently choose the right path in my journey as a
Chemistry student.
