The meeting started at 2 pm from a word of prayer from Agnes. The minutes of the previous
meeting were read and confirmed as a true record of the previous meeting by all the members.
Agenda
1. Accounting of Amani Queens account
2. Withdrawal of account savings
3. Any other business.
MIN 01: ACCOUNTING OF AMANI QUEENS ACCOUNT
The accounting of the individual savings was done and confirmed by all the members present.
The savings of each member were noted and the final account balance of the year 2022 was
noted. The members were in agreement on the closure of the book of accounts for the year
2022 till January 2023.
MIN 02: WITHDRAWAL OF SAVINGS
Following the accounting done, the members suggested the withdrawal of the savings from the
main group account. This savings amounting to Ksh. 500,000 is to be transferred to Equity
Account Agent 0840172258754 Account Name Purity Gacheri as all the members agreed.
MIN 03: AOB
The members agreed that the next meeting will be held on the second weekend of January'.
Thereby being no other business, the meeting was closed with a word of prayer from Purity
Gacheri.
