"I procrastinate, but I work well under pressure"

Majority of people around us use this line as an excuse to procrastinate, including us. It's highly
tempting to put off tasks. we simply do not enjoy.

But How?

How do we overcome this prolonging habit?

Initially, to overcome the procrastination we need to understand procrastination in itself.

Procrastination is the act of delaying or putting off tasks until the last minute. According to John Perry's
novel 'The art of Procrastination, he has argued that many procrastinate, not because of laziness, but
instead they thrive under the nature of pressure as by the end they accomplish "something of value! To
