2. That I have not taken any loan from any bank and no loan is pending against me.

3. I will not apply for a loan from any other bank except Punjab National Bank in the
future till the Punjab National Bank loan is repaid.

4. My salary account is in Punjab National Bank. I will not transfer my salary


account to any other bank till the Punjab National Bank loan is repaid.
