Unlawful possession, sale, or use of such substances is punishable under the law.

2) Prohibition of sale of drugs, medical devices or herbal drugs which do not comply with prescribe

It is illegal to sell or supply any drug, medical device, or herbal drug that does not meet the required

standards for safety, quality, and efficacy as outlined by TMDA. All such products must be properly

registered, labeled, and tested according to the TMDA guidelines. Selling unregistered or substandard

products is considered a serious offense.
