Tuition Payment Request Instructions

Congratulations on your tuition award! We are so happy for you. Please follow the
instructions below to ensure proper payment of scholarship funds. Submit all requested
documentation to sperrycares@[Link].

1. Provide a copy of your tuition invoice for the current semester. The tuition invoice must:

▪ Be on school letterhead
▪ Include your full name
▪ Include your student account number
▪ Itemize tuition, separate from other fees

2. Provide a copy of any remittance or payment coupon stating who the check should be
made payable to and the mailing address. If provided, we will include the coupon with
the scholarship check to allow the bursar to apply the check to your account.

3. If your school does not accept checks, please provide the necessary banking information
to facilitate a transfer of funds. This should be on school letterhead.

4. Provide a phone number for the bursar’s office or a school contact person for any
questions regarding the invoice. If the school only accepts electronic transfers, we will
need this to confirm banking instructions prior to transmitting funds.
