COMMUNICATION STRATEGY DOCUMENT (B2)
1. Summary of the incident:
Sayid is a high performing developer at First Tech Solutions. Despite landing a good
position as a developer his passion for testing was keeping him discontented at work.
After multiple failed attempts to switch to testing, and no concrete support from the HR
team, dejected, Sayid starts isolating himself from office activities and his work quality
also dips. At the end of this case he is confronted by Maya, his project Manager about his
lack of performance and his possibility to be sent for the Performance Improvement Plan.
Sayid knew that it meant that he might be fired from this job any moment. He held the
company responsible for his current state.
