🎓 Invitation to Graduation Day Ceremony 🎓

Dear Students/ Parents,

You are cordially invited to the Graduation Day Ceremony.

📅 Date: 15th July 2025 (Tuesday)

📅 Reporting Time : 09:30 AM

📅 Time: 10:00 AM (Seating by 9:45 AM)

This is a proud moment for all of us, and your participation is important. Kindly
take note of the following instructions and ensure strict adherence to the
protocol:

📅 Important Guidelines

1. Only registered students will be allowed to attend the Graduation


Ceremony.
2. Reporting time for the graduands is 9: 30 AM. All registered parents must
be seated inside the hall by 9:45 AM. No extra persons will be permitted.
3. All graduating students must assemble outside the Lobby in their respective
class groups by 9:45 AM.
4. The procession will begin at 9:55 AM along with the Chief Guests.
5. No late entries into the hall will be entertained. Students arriving late may
collect their certificates after 3:00 PM.
6. Drivers and support staff are strictly not allowed in the Lunch Arena.
7. Children, including your own, are strictly not permitted to attend the
ceremony or enter the lunch area.
