Every day, I wake up at 7 a.m. I don't stay in bed for
long because I like to start my day early. The first
thing I do is wash my face and brush my teeth. I
don’t forget to do some skin care, and then I comb

usually prepare breakfast, but I don’t eat a big
Paragraph meal in the morning—just something light. Then I
have breakfast and relax for a few minutes. At 8:30,
I go to work. I don’t feel stressed when I follow this
routine.
