Practical PowerPoint Questions for Beginners

1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint and create a new blank presentation.

2. Add five new slides to your presentation.

7. Insert a picture from your computer or from PowerPoint’s stock


images on the third slide.

8. On the fourth slide, insert a shape (e.g., star or rectangle)

9. Apply a transition effect (e.g., Fade or Wipe) to all slides.

10. On the fifth slide, insert a chart or table showing your weekly
activities.

11. Add speaker notes to any one slide describing what you will say
during that slide.

12. Animate the text on the second slide to appear one bullet

slideshow.
