Author submitting a final manuscript to a Conference project

• Authors can login/Register to a conference project on Meteor system. Registration


will give you access to the conference project
• Authors can read the guidelines and other information about the project on this
page

• Author can register to the conference or simply login if the registration has already
been done previously
Registration Step 1: Add your details

Registration Step 4: Create a password for yourself in the system.

• Creating a paper in a conference project

• Once paper is created then you will see it in your “My Tasks” view, just click on the
paper to submit the manuscript files. If the paper has been submitted initially and
it’s ready for final submission, then the task “Submit Final Manuscript” will appear in
“My Task” list.
• Please follow the steps and complete your submission process
• Once the submission steps are complete and necessary declarations are selected
then “Submit” button is populated. After “Submit” button is pressed then author will
be asked to accept the paper LTPs. It’s prerequisite to publish a chapter with
SpringerNature. Please make your selection carefully.

• Once you click the Next by selecting the relevant option then you will be redirected
to DocuSign to complete the contract signing process. You will receive a copy of the
accepted contract on your email. Also, you can see these within the Meteor project
under the “My Contract(s)” page of “About” tab.
• You will receive a confirmation email from the system that you have successfully
completed your final submission.
