Mass based, 4 options

required to be able to travel to other places for meetings or training


hybrid, minimum 3/week for first year, for programmers more like every day

this was first step


next step is coding challenge (intro to THEIR languages) (Not timed)
then all my stuff is sent to the hiring team (any group looking to hire, has been
taking a bit longer due to applicant numbers, about 2 weeks)
if someone wants to meet, then its a team interview
if not, I should still hear from them
