WILL
This is the Last Will and Testament of {testator_name_father}, son of {father_name_father}, resident of
{address_father}, hereinafter referred to as the “Testator (Father)”, and {testator_name_mother}, daughter of
{father_name_mother}, resident of {address_mother}, hereinafter referred to as the “Testator (Mother)”, both
being of sound mind and disposing memory, and desirous of making this Will of their own free will and without
any coercion or undue influence.
I. WILL OF THE FATHER
1. That I, {testator_name_father}, being of sound mind and good health, do hereby declare this to be my last
Will and Testament, revoking all previous Wills and codicils made by me.
2. That I am the absolute owner of the following movable and immovable properties:
a. {description_of_property_1_father}
b. {description_of_property_2_father}
c. {bank_accounts_father}
d. {other_assets_father}
3. That I hereby bequeath, devise and give the aforesaid properties in the following manner:
a. That my property {description_of_property_1_father} shall go absolutely to my {relation_1_father},
{beneficiary_name_1_father}.
b. That my property {description_of_property_2_father} shall go absolutely to my {relation_2_father},
{beneficiary_name_2_father}.
c. That my bank accounts and other movable assets shall be divided equally among my {relation_3_father},
{beneficiary_name_3_father}, and {relation_4_father}, {beneficiary_name_4_father}.
d. That in the event of any beneficiary predeceasing me, his/her share shall devolve upon his/her legal heirs.
4. That I appoint {executor_name_father}, resident of {executor_address_father}, as the Executor of this Will,
who shall ensure the due execution of this Will in accordance with law.
5. That I have not made any other Will or testamentary disposition in respect of the properties mentioned herein.
6. That I declare that all my debts, if any, and testamentary expenses shall be paid out of my estate before
distribution of the assets.
7. That I am executing this Will voluntarily and in full possession of my faculties.
II. WILL OF THE MOTHER
1. That I, {testator_name_mother}, being of sound mind and good health, do hereby declare this to be my last
Will and Testament, revoking all previous Wills and codicils made by me.
2. That I am the absolute owner of the following movable and immovable properties:
a. {description_of_property_1_mother}
b. {description_of_property_2_mother}
c. {bank_accounts_mother}
d. {other_assets_mother}
3. That I hereby bequeath, devise and give the aforesaid properties in the following manner:
a. That my property {description_of_property_1_mother} shall go absolutely to my {relation_1_mother},
{beneficiary_name_1_mother}.
b. That my property {description_of_property_2_mother} shall go absolutely to my {relation_2_mother},

c. That my bank accounts and other movable assets shall be divided equally among my {relation_3_mother},
{beneficiary_name_3_mother}, and {relation_4_mother}, {beneficiary_name_4_mother}.
