User Friendly Tips


1. Always use the scale on a flat level hard solid surface, try to keep as still as possible
during weighing.
2. Step on to the weighing platform gently.
3. Always remove shoes, socks, etc. and keep your bare foot clean and dry before using
the scale.
4. It's advisable to weigh yourself at the same time of the day so that consistent
measurements are taken.
5. Measurements could be misleading if taken immediately after exercise, dieting or in a
dehydration condition.
6. The Body Fat/Hydration measurements are not recommended for children under 10
years old and adults over 70 years old, only the normal weighing mode should be
used.
7. Do not use it on wet and slippery floor, do not stand on at the edge of scale to avoid
any falling down.
8. The scale is for family use only. It's not suggested to use it as a medical equipment.
9. The scale are not recommended for people with the following conditions:

A. Pregnant women. B. Athletic or muscular body type (body builder).


C. Those who have symptoms of “Edema” (swelling of the ankles, feet, etc.).
D. Those on dialysis treatment.

Please remove the battery insulation sheet from the cover.

Kind Notice: Please be aware the incorrect polarity will cause permanent damage to the
electronic parts.

To Set Weight Unit


If the scale is with unit systems of Metric (kilograms) and Imperial (pounds), users can
select from units kg to lbs.

Under Fat/Hydration/Muscle/Bone/Calorie Measuring Mode

Setting Up The Parameters

For the first usage, when the batteries have been installed, please first set up the
parameters. The scale can be set up for 8 users’ data, and to be saved automatically for
another time usage. Please insert correct parameters to ensure accurate measurement.

Setting Up The Parameters

1. When first use, press the “SET” button turn to parameter input mode.

[Link] the age and height both show zero, it means this is for the new user.

[Link] the user code is flashing, press the up arrow or down arrow button to select
required user code, and press “SET” button to confirm and prompt to next setting. To Set
Weight Unit If the scale is with unit systems of Metric(kilograms) and Imperial (pounds),
users can select units from kg(kilograms) to lb(pounds).

[Link] the gender sign is flashing, press the down arrow or up arrow button to select
required gender, and press “SET” button to confirm and prompt to next setting.

[Link] the age is flashing, press the up arrow or down arrow button to select required
age, and tap on the scale platform or wait for the scale shows “0.0”

[Link] the digit height is flashing, press the down arrow or up arrow button to select
required height, and press “SET” button to confirm. When finished all the parameters
setting,the scale will show as below:

When finished with the parameter settings, the scale will show as below:

Start Measuring Fat/Hyration Levels

* To maintain accuracy, please ensure that shoes, socks, etc. Are removed before stepping
on to the scales.

* Align your feet such that they are touching the metal plates either side of the scales.

* Do not step off before the LCD readout displays the test result.

1. During parameter setting, if the scales are idle for more than 6 seconds,

already set will be saved and the LCD display will show “0.0” meaning that body fat

measuring has now started.


2. If during parameter setting the display should show “0” then press and hold ‘SET’ for
3 seconds to re-enter parameter input mode.
3. Please always remember the user code to be used for the next time, so that no need
to input data again, or data tracing if needed.

Example: the 3rd user, female, 160cm, 26 years old will measure as follows:

8. Measured results will be showed as below.(Repeat for 3 times and saved. The readings
will re-appear at next time measuring for user’s reference)

Choice Of Deleted User


For the second weight, user could decide whether to delete before parameters.

Press”SET” and the user code will flashing,chose the user code.

To Review Test Record


After setting up all the parameters or under shutting off status,press “SET”,chose the user
when user code flashing and wait 10s,the display as below:

Kind notice:

1. Do not place the scale on carpet or similar soft surface otherwise accuracy will be
compromised.
2. Please keep balance in weighing. Do not let the body in wobbling.

Auto Recognition Function


Standing on the scale directly when shut off, the scale will show weigh after said HI.

If the weigh is within 2kg, nearly the user setting parameters, auto recognition will set to
that user. If there is more than one user, the user code will flash for you to choose.

Lo The "Lo" symbol on the display indicates the battery is running low.

Err The "Err" symbol on the display indicates the scale is over-loaded.

C The "C" symbol on the display as you step off the scale, indicates an error has
occurred.

Care and Maintenance of the Scale

* Always keep the scale in horizontal position, and not put it in wet or hot condition.

* Avoid hitting or dropping the scale otherwise damage may occur.

* Do not put heavy things on the scale when not use.

* Do not put heavy things on the sale when not use.

* Do not overload otherwise the sensor may damage.

* Treat the scale with care as it is highly precise electronic instrument.

* Do not immerse this product water.

* Clean the scale with a soft damp cloth, do not use chemicals or harsh abrasives.

* Keep the scale surface dry and do not use it on slippery floor.

* Do not weigh with wet feet to avoid slipping.

* The product is not for trade use.

Battery Advice
* If the scale is not to be used for long periods, it’s recommended to remove the battery to
avoid damage to the scale due to possible battery leakage.

* Keep the battery our of each of children.

* Do not mix old and new batteries, with different compositions or of different brands in
order to prevent possible leakage, explosion.

* Do not heat or deform the batteries or explore to fire.

* Waste batteries should not disposed of with household waste.

* Please check with your local authority for battery recycling advice.
