Vizualization Mastery
"Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas
imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to
evolution." - Albert Einstein
What is visualization and why is it important?
Visualization is the act of creating a mental motion picture in our mind that produces
desired feelings needed to execute and attract our vision into reality. You may have heard
the quote, "You don’t get what you want, you get what you are." Visualization and other energy
rituals are the vehicles to evolve who we are, so we get what we want.
How to Visualize:
● Visualization can be done in any moment. It simply comes down to asking ourselves,
"what do I truly desire?" and "How will that make me feel?" Then we meditate on a
mental motion picture in our heads and experience all the senses - "What do I see?"
"What do I hear?" "What do I smell?" "Who am I interacting with?" "What do I feel on my
body?"
● For example, if I'm struggling to get work done, I will do a 3-minute breathwork session
to slow my mind down, then I will lay down for 10 minutes and visualize me completing
that task or project.
● Desire: Complete the Visualization Section for the Identity Transformation System
● Feeling: Pride, Excitement, Fulfillment
● Sight: My fingers hitting the keyboard, the light of the computer screen, the dog park
across from me
● Hear: Dogs barking, music playing
● Smell: Freshly brewed coffee
● Body: My butt in my chair
● Ending Scene: All the words written on the page, closing the laptop, feeling pride,
excitement, and fulfillment
Core Visualization Questions:
1. What do I truly desire?
2. How will that make you feel?
Additional Visualization Questions:
1. What must I believe about myself to be true for this reality to exist?
2. What must I believe about the world around me for this reality to exist?
3. How can I embody this more?
Visualization Axioms:
1. Imagination creates reality (Drive the conscious to the subconscious)
2. Live FROM the end (What do you want? What FEELING does that produce?)
3. Time = NOW (Time does not exist - Live in the eternal now)
4. Persist your vision until it manifests in reality (Visualization creates energy, action
creates manifestation)
5. Detachment = Flow (Detachment from how your vision manifests, creates flow)
6. Energy proceeds matter (Stop giving relevance to your past and put the attention on
your vision)
When:
● Visualize when you desire a shift in energy. This can be multiple times per day.
● Visualize your deepest desires for 15-30 minutes before bed for the biggest benefits
💪 Action:
1. Pick 3 things you want to experience this week.
2. Identify what these 3 outcomes would feel like?
3. Go to bed imagining it for 15-30 minutes.
4. Wake up with the intentions of what you're going to do with your desires.
5. Add your visualization data to the Self Mastery Journal
What you do during the day will always trump imagination. Because you are interacting with the
field. When you are imagining then the field is interacting with the field.
This experiment makes you identify whether what you want is burning desire. Run it without the
attachment. But manufacture it. You will naturally create an intuitive nature.
