*Must remember!

Use formal language

Use a main title

Use a heading for each paragraph

You can use bullet points to summarize results, findings or other factual information

Purpose

To report on factual information and tehn form some conclusions or make some recommendation base don the facts
presented.

e.g. The results of a political survey, the findings of a science experimens….

First step

Always give your report a title ( what it is about)

And paragraph headings

INTRODUCTION

State the aim of the report clearly in the introduction.

“The aim of this report is to outline….”

analyze…

determine…

Second paragraph

Present important findings or facts in paragraph 2

(Here you can use information from the infographic text or summary notes!)

Third paragraph

Expose some recomendations on the findings or factual information.

Example Heading:

“Recommendations regarding…..”

Paragraph 4

Paragraph 4 can always be:

“Conclusion”

And summarize your findings.

THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGE WILL HELP YOU DISCUSS THE FINDINGS YOU MIGHT HAVE TO DISCUSS IN
REPORTS. FOR EXAMPLE: THE MOST OR LEAST COMMON PREFERENCES OF A GROUP.
