IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED
Please note that all the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name
of the Candidate, Category, Date of Birth, Address, Mobile Number, Email ID, Centre
of Examination, registration of preferences for Participating Banks etc. will be
considered as final and no change/modifications will be allowed after submission of the
online application form. Candidates are hence advised to fill in the online application
form with the utmost care as no correspondence regarding change of details will be
entertained. IBPS will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of furnishing
of incorrect and incomplete details in the application or omission to provide the required
details in the application form.
The mobile number & E mail ID, registered in the application form should be
active & maintained by the candidate till conclusion of the CRP.
Candidates are requested to ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria, on the date of
eligibility (01.07.2025 for age and 21.07.2025 for educational qualifications).
Application Fees/ Intimation Charges can be paid via Online Mode only.
Please ensure that the image files of the documents to be uploaded i.e. photograph,
signature, left thumb impression and the hand written declaration are as per the
specification given in the notification.
Candidates will also be required to capture and upload their photograph through
webcam or mobile phone during registration process.
ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL BE COMPLETE ONLY AFTER THE
CANDIDATES REGISTER ONLINE (FILL IN THE APPLICATION FORM
COMPLETELY) AND REMIT THE REQUISITE APPLICATION FEES/
INTIMATION CHARGES THROUGH ONLINE MODE.
Admission to examination will be purely provisional without verification of eligibility
documents. Ineligible candidates will not be allowed for interview. In case at any stage
the candidate is found not to fulfil the eligibility criteria/ cannot produce the requisite
documents to IBPS/ Participating Bank(s) the candidature of the candidate will stand
cancelled.
IBPS reserves the right to allot the candidate to any of the Centre other than the one
he/she has opted for.
Candidates have to necessarily indicate preferences for all Participating Banks.
Application printout & e- receipt should be kept with the candidate and should not be
sent to the Participating Bank(s)/ IBPS
Candidates to provide details of ID proof that they will bring for identification purposes
at the time of examination
Multiple attendance/ appearances in examination will be summarily rejected/
candidature cancelled.
Online applications once registered will not be allowed to be withdrawn and/or the
application fee, intimation charges once paid will not be refunded nor be held in reserve
for any other examination.
The candidates who have opted for the services of a scribe in the online application
form will be required to fill in the details of the scribe at the time of downloading
examination call letter. The scribe declaration form containing the filled in details has
to be downloaded (separately) along with the call letter. The candidate will be required
to bring the call letter as well as the filled in scribe declaration form at the time of
examination along with other requisite documents.
Those candidates who have been debarred from appearing in CRP examinations for a
specified period in terms of the written communication made to that effect by IBPS
may act accordingly.
Please note that until photographs and signature are as per the specifications
provided, the system will not allow the candidate to move forward to the next stage
of application.
For candidates applying under EWS category, the certificate should be valid for the
year 2025-26 for the financial year 2024-25.
For candidates applying under OBC (NCL) category, the OBC (Non- creamy layer)
certificate should be issued on or after 01.04.2025 till the date of interview.
