background :
Born into a military family, he had a decent childhood, aside from the usual self
doubt, Lack of confidence, and, Low self esteem. following his high school
graduation and 5 months after his 17th birthday, he Enrolled in military Academy
within the City of Magelang, graduating after four years and passing Infantry
school. While still in the Academy, Ruda's father was killed by a separatist group
when his convoy Was targeted during an Outreach program in Papua. the news of his
father's death Devastated Ruda, causing a drop in his Performance, To the point
that many thought he wont graduate. His father had plenty of friends in high
ranking positions while also having lot of people and Their children owed their
Military Career to his father, this conjured up rumours That the only reason he
graduated was because he had people who was looking out for him and was helping him
Since it was the least they can do to repay his father. after graduation he was
moved to his unit and deployed in Papua for 2 months with the rank 'Letda' (second
lieutenant), only engaging in small skirmishes whenever the FOB gets Harassed by
separatist. He was then deployed in Lebanon as a UN peacekeeper. not much is known
what happened in Lebanon, those who were there said he fucked up immensely While,
others said he just took the blame. Either way he was discharge from the army. Life
would then just give him a few weeks to recuperate before being summoned. he would
be found by a U.N.J.C. Patrol, Stumbling around the woods not far from the FOB.
When questioned, He explained that he's (formerly) an Indonesian soldier And was a
UN peacekeeper in Lebanon, Leaving the part out where he was discharged.
He would later be recruited into the U.N.J.C. Taking it as an opportunity to redeem
himself And start
From scratch, Even Renaming himself to Arcadia Del La Rosa. he's keen to prove that
his an actual capable soldier and to convince himself that he's former military
career wasn't just about luck, connections, and pity... but Having some amount of
competency and skills.

Notes from a former Colleague: "he has the passion , but not the heart nor mind to
be in the army."

extra note: Sorry for any inconsistency , especially with lore and timeline. If you
feel there is anything that should be changed about the Character, I would be happy
to comply. I would also apologize for making this way too long. this is my first
time making an RP character so I have no idea what I am doing
