2. On May 02, 2025 at about 10:50 am Urdaneta SOCO team arrived at the crime scene and
recovered the following pieces of evidence :
• Stone with blood
• Cellphone

3. The above pieces of evidence was brought to Urdaneta City Crime Laboratory Office for
appropriate examination.

4. On May 02 , 2025 at about 10:30 am elements of Urdaneta City Station composed of team
under the supervision of PLTCOL NORWELL MAURICIO led by PCpl Jan Marrion De Vera , Pat
Waynessen Vyan Salino and Pat Angelo Elegado proceed to [Link] Urdaneta City
Pangasinan after received an information from the witness JERICHO JAVAR that the suspect are
possible in the said area a man hunt operation against the suspect is ensured. That on May 4,
2025 at about 5:00 Pm after a diligent search to took for the where about of suspect yielded to
the arrest of suspect for above mentioned offense identified as ROWEL NINO JAVIER y
KARDING,26 years old, Single and a resident of Zone 1, Brgy. Camantiles, Urdaneta City
Pangasinan. A criminal complaint for Rape with Homicide being prepared against the suspect
before the office of the prosecutor Urdaneta CIty.
