 At the end of the day, total the sales.
 Make sure that the sales is equal to what you have listed

 Make sure you earn money

 Get the list of daily profit
 Gather all the profit
 Add all the daily profit
 Add all the expenses
 Subtract the expenses from the overall profit
 The total is what you gain
 Make sure that the total is the same with the amount of money
