Daily Schedule

4:30 AM - Wake up (Brahma Muhurta): Splash face, sit in silence briefly

5:00 AM - Yoga Asanas (15-30 min): Focus on headstand, shoulderstand, seated postures

5:30 AM - Pranayama Sequence (30-40 min): See breakdown below

6:15 AM - Meditation (15-30 min): Focus on Ajna Chakra or mantra (e.g. OM)

7:00 AM - Sattvic breakfast: Fruits, nuts, warm milk, no stimulants

Midday - Scriptural reading / study: Gita, Upanishads, Yoga Vasistha
