Weekday Schedule (Monday to Friday: 1 hour 30 minutes per day)

Time: Choose any 90-minute block that fits your day.

Saturday & Sunday Schedule (Full-Day Review)

· Stick to Your Schedule: You’ve planned your study time carefully, so follow it strictly. If you miss a session,
immediately make it up during your catch-up hour. No excuses.

· Implement Rewards and Penalties: Reward yourself for completing study sessions and stick to the penalties if
you don’t. For example, if you skip a session, forgo something you enjoy, like social media or TV time, as a
consequence.

· Find an Accountability Partner: Share your study goals with someone who can check in on your progress.
Regular accountability will keep you committed.

· Use the Pomodoro Technique: Study for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. This keeps you focused and
prevents burnout. Stick to this method strictly.

· Add Extra Tasks if Necessary: If you fall behind, add 15 minutes of study time the next day. Don’t let missed
sessions accumulate.

· Incorporate Movement: If you miss a study session, do a quick workout or jog. This helps refocus your mind
when you return to studying.

· Visual Reminders: Set alarms and place sticky notes in visible areas. These reminders will reinforce your
commitment to the schedule.

If You Miss a Study Session:

Identify Missed Time: Determine how much study time you missed during the day.

Make-Up Time: Dedicate the time after 6:00 PM to cover the missed study period. For example:

1. If you missed an hour in the morning, use 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM to catch up.
2. If you missed a shorter session, use part of the time after 6:00 PM for catch-up.

Adjust Evening Schedule: If you have other commitments after 6:00 PM, adjust your study time
accordingly. For instance:

1. If you have an activity from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM, study from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
