Register MFA using the Wizard

How to register your Sabre MFA using the Microsoft Wizard

Important: You will be prompted with this Wizard upon first login without MFA
enabled. You will be required to use your mobile phone to register.

Note: If you do not have a smart phone or are unable to install an authenticator
application, you can request a hardware Yubikey by going to [Link] then
under Desktop Services select Computers / Accessories / Software > Computer,
Laptop and Accessories then you can select Accessories only and then searching for
Yubikey Hardware Key in the accessories list. You can read about YubiKey
registration here. (YubiKey is not supported on Sabre Virtual Desktop or with CyberArk
Privileged Access Management)

Guide

1. Upon your first login you will be


given a notice that more

next to begin the wizard

security portal for your account and
can be accessed from any computer.

2. You will then be prompted to get the Microsoft Authenticator application on your
mobile phone. Download the application.

3. Select, Scan a QR Code and then click Next.

NOTE: If you select Add a work or school account you will be required to register your
device with Company Portal before proceeding. Scanning a QR code does not require
Company Portal registration. You will be prompted to allow camera access.

4. You will then be given a QR code to scan with your phone

5. Once the QR Code has been scanned, you will be sent a notification to approve on your
phone, approve the notification to complete the registration

6. You will then be prompted to configure the second method, which can be a call or a
text to your mobile phone. Input your phone number, select an option and click next

7. Then you will need to enter the code that you received via call or text

NOTE: You won’t be able to utilize call or text for MFA prompts, but will be required to
authenticate your phone number to reset your password.

8. Once you have verifed the second option, you will have completed the wizard, click
Next to be redirected to the requested page.
