GREASE WORKER

As per ASTM D217

The Mechanical Grease Worker manufactured by Spear Exim [Link] is designed for “worked
penetration” and “prolonged worked penetration” tests to determine the consistency of
lubricating greases. This robust and efficient device ensures compliance with ASTM standards,
providing reliable and accurate results for your grease testing needs.

Features:

• Dual ASTM Grease Workers: Mounted on a sturdy base and driven by a powerful gear
reduction motor.
• Precision and Compliance: Meets ASTM specifications for stroke length and rate.
• Automated Operation: Equipped with a pre-setting electronic counter that automatically
shuts off the drive motor after any desired number of strokes, up to 1,000,000.
• High-Quality Construction: Grease workers feature a threaded cup and cover, and a steel
plunger plate with a shaft and handle that connects to the eccentric cam on the drive unit.

• Drive Motor: Fan cooled gear reduction type, 1/2 hp (dual-unit model)
