The Importance of Taking Breaks
Life is a very precious thing and should be kept with care. The care for life is to give yourself
proper time. In our whole life, we work and work like robots continuously. As we are born, our
journey begins. First, we finish school. In schools, we have to attend classes, do assignments,
and also participate in other curriculum and extra curriculum activities. Then, when we finish
school our work style does change but not the workload. It is a fact that we should not be lazy or
lack to do hard work; instead, we should do our best. However, working hard is completely fine
until you reward yourself regularly.
The main question is what is the reward? A reward for your own self is to treat yourself with
things you like to do and feel better about. Some people love to watch movies while others enjoy
outdoor games. About myself, I love to read books, play chess, watch anime, and do jogging.
This is how I treat myself after a hard and busy day. It helps me to stay motivated and I stay
mentally and physically fresh.
Life gets empty if you don’t do anything you like or anything that makes you feel good. You
become like a robot with no desires or feelings. Mental peace is an essential part of a happy and
successful life. The author of the book “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens”, Sean Covey
said, “The Habits make you or break you”.
In a nutshell, we should keep balance in our lives. Work and fun both should have their specific
and limited time. In this way, we will be able to get the best from our lives as we desire. We will
have a healthy, respectful, and happy life to live and be grateful for it.
Outlines
I chose this topic to spread awareness and to reveal a point that is not noticed by the people. But
unfortunately, it is ignored.
I did not choose anyone for this specific topic. I wrote it myself.
Focus on yourself more than anything else around you but don’t get blind in it. Another purpose
was to tell about my life routine of normal days.
I want them to be more careful about themselves. It’s enough for me.
