Chapter 1: Existing packaging

Choose an item from your daily life that you buy in primary packaging. Do the description,
characteristics and analysis of current packaging, indentify the weaknesses and strenghts according
to the functions of packaging (protective, ergonomic, marketing, Logistics, eco, financial).

Add the picture of current packaging.

Chapter 2: Alternative packaging

Think of a different type of primary packaging for your product. The new packaging should solve
problems that you identified in the first chapter. Do the description, characteristics and analysis of
new packaging based on the functions of packaging.

Do the technical drawing of new primary packaging with dimensions.

Chapter 3: Secondary and transportation packaging

For your new primary packaging please design the secondary and transportation packaging. Do the
technical drawings and calculations of dimensions and quantities inside.
