mode. Fixation of the layout is called orientation.
Orientation are of two types
 Portrait (Lengthwise )
 Landscape (Widthwise).
The default orientation is Portrait.

5. Write down the usage of WordArt option.

WordArt gallery is a collection of prefixed formats and writing of text


styles. There are 30 different styles provided by WordArt gallery. Each
style has its own variations and colour schemes. MS Word provides a set
of stylized writings with the help of WordArt.

II. Answer the following in detail:-

MS Word is necessary used for document to be positioned


correctly for better readability. Positioning of text is called
Alignment. There are four types of alignment options available.
They are Left, Center, Right and Justify.
 Left option aligns the text to the left margin of the page,
 Center option aligns the text to the center of the margin,
 Right option aligns the text to the right of the margin and
 Justify option aligns the text by equalizing the distance
between the two margins.
