Project Execution
Project execution refers to carrying out activities mentioned in the
project’s scope of work in accordance with the project’s plan using
allocated resources.
Project execution is the longest and most action-oriented stage of a
project where necessary actions are executed to attain pre-
determined goals and objectives.
