Sunday to Friday:
4:30 AM - Wake up, brush, freshen up
4:45 AM - Light snack (banana or soaked almonds)
5:30 AM to 6:00 PM - School (carry tiffin with healthy meals)

6:15 PM to 7:15 PM - Exercise (strength or cardio)
