continue to issue approvals for headlamps on the basis of this and any previous series of amendments, provided that the
headlamps are intended as replacements for fitting to vehicles in use and shall continue to allow fitting on a vehicle or vehicle
type. Existing approvals granted before 10-06-2015 shall remain valid indefinitely.

38 CP shall refuse to grant approvals for new types of Class B front fog lamps. CP shall continue to issue approvals for Class B
front fog lamps on the basis of the 02, 03 and 04-series of amendments, provided that these front fog lamps are intended as
replacements for fitting to vehicles in use.

For the various vehicle categories and vehicle parts, regulations apply which
contain requirements for vehicles or vehicle parts. This document contains the
entry dates on which new types of vehicles of vehicle parts must comply with the
relevant regulations. It also contains the dates when old type-approvals become
invalid. This document is intended primarily for the business user. When new or
amended regulations are published, this document will be updated as soon as
possible.
