By taking into consideration all the previous bullet points one can infer that a recruitment
process is a complex one where employees should go beyond having theoretical or practical
knowledge about the area under analysis. From my humble opinión, I believe that this integral
tendency will continue in the very near future, should a change happen, it will be anscribed to
a shift in the working domain.
ESSAY
In the current paradigm where we are embedded the importance of having a university degree
or any superior study has done nothing but increase. In this context, sciences are believed to
be more useful than humanities.
Taking the previous data into account which would be the best way to promote the study of
scientific subject among the students?
It seems undeniable that the role exerted by the different media is rather influential on
teenagers’ decisions, so the sponsorship of different study plans which imply the treatment of
scientific matter could be of great help. The role of new technologies toghether with social
networks is considered to be fundamental to achieve the given purpose.
Important however, is the role exerted by educational centers too. Most parents consider that
the education of their descendants should be subjected to certain principles that guarantee a
worthy basis that allow their
children to have some profitable working conditions in such a daunting prospect as ours is. As
long as the role of secondary schools is widely accepted, we can take advantage of the time
pupils spend there to promote different activities such as trips, guided visit which have no
other purposes than giving information about different scientific facts while interacting with
the environment.
Last in order but not in importance, the economic factor needs to be considered should we
take into consideration that Spanish incomes are not very high, an element that leads to a
dependency on the part of most students who want to develop a master or a degree.
Governments are responsable for covering their monetary demands since some legal
programmes, previously passed are suppossed to guarantee the acess to a formation of every
single citizen that wishes it, not being their economical status an obstacle to achieve the
pretended goal.
To sum up, one can conclude that the acess to education is rather relevant and under no
cirscumstances should
we ignore that there are multiple ways of encouraging learners to go further till they reach a
superior level of studies.
