Welcome to the Helping Tribe Accountability Program!

Thank you for being a part of the Helping Tribe, a vibrant community
dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals
and communities.

This accountability program is designed to help you set and achieve


meaningful professional development goals throughout the year. By
focusing on short-term monthly goals aligned with your overarching
professional aspirations, you can take intentional steps toward growth in
areas such as professional identity, skill development, ethical practice,
and personal resilience.

The form you’re about to fill out will help you:

 Clearly define your monthly goals.


 Reflect on progress toward these goals.
 Stay accountable within a supportive and encouraging community.
