FAQs:

• What happens if I cannot access the task on Google Sheet?

The project works on a first come first serve mechanism. If the work is
picked up by the other community members, you will be unable to access
the task tab on the Google Sheet.

• Will I be given training for the tasks to be completed?

The knowledge bank portal would have documents that can help you
understand the project requirements.

• How will I be paid?

You will get paid on the last Wednesday of every month. The payment will
be through the Populii platform. At the end of the month when you achieve
the minimum threshold, a notification would be sent to your mail asking to
raise the payout. You can raise the payout, and our team will process your
payments after validating the data.

• Will I get paid for partial data completion?

No, you will have to complete the tasks by capturing all relevant data. The
task must be approved by the QC team and only then do you get paid for
the tasks.
• Are there any time limits for me to complete the task.
Yes, that will be shared with the task allocation email.

• How do I get access to the workflow queue?

Complete the assessment and achieve the passing threshold score.
Once you qualify for the job you will get access to the work queue

• I have access to the workflow tool, but I don’t see any tasks.
This could mean that temporarily there are no tasks available, and they
have been picked by the gig workers.

• I have a doubt. How can I get answers to it?

We will create a Doubt sheet where you can add your task-related
questions. The project SMEs will answer and clarify your doubts with the
help of it.

• How can I see the feedback on the review from my work?

We will be creating a Feedback document that raters will have access to.
We will strive to make the document comprehensive so that raters can
learn and improve.

• If I maintain the quality but fail to maintain the AHT, will it affect the payment?
Yes. It will certainly affect the payment as AHT is one of the major parameters for
payment.
