With due respect and humble submission, I would like to inform you that, I was in service as an Asst.
Teacher at the above-mentioned High school, But following Hon'ble Supreme Court's recent verdict
[Case No. 004800004800-2025, THE STATE OF WEST BENGAL VS. BAISHAKHI BHATTACHARYA
(CHATTERJEE),SLP NO(CIVIL)9586 OF2024 &OTRSDATED03.04.2025] cancelledtheSLST2016Panel,
my current appointment stands cancelled. However as per Hon'ble Supreme Court's verdict Para 47,
page40ofthejudgment,l am entitled to résumé my previous service with full continuity maintaining
seniority. Increments , and without break. The Court has directed to the Govt. Departments or
autonomous bodies to take necessary action in this regard.

Therefore I, request your kind intervention to facilitate my reinstatement. Sincerely hope your support
and prompt action as per court's direction. Kindly consider the matter in compassionate ground.
