Full-Time Aspirant Routine

Morning (6:00 AM - 10:00 AM)

- 6:00 - 6:30 AM: Wake up, freshen up, light exercise/meditation

- 6:30 - 7:00 AM: Read The Hindu / Indian Express or current affairs magazine

- 7:00 - 9:00 AM: Polity (Laxmikanth)

- 9:00 - 10:00 AM: History (Spectrum / NCERT)

Midday (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

- 10:00 - 11:00 AM: Break / Breakfast / Short rest

- 11:00 - 1:00 PM: Geography or Economy (NCERTs / G.C. Leong / Ramesh Singh)

- 1:00 - 2:00 PM: Lunch + power nap

Afternoon (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

- 2:00 - 3:30 PM: Science & Tech / Environment

- 3:30 - 5:00 PM: Optional Subject (Paper 1)

Evening (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

- 5:00 - 6:00 PM: Mock Tests or Practice MCQs (GS/CSAT)

- 6:00 - 7:00 PM: Tea/Break

- 7:00 - 8:00 PM: Optional Subject (Paper 2)

- 8:00 - 9:00 PM: Current Affairs Revision / Notes

Night (9:00 PM - 10:30 PM)

- 9:00 - 9:30 PM: Dinner

- 9:30 - 10:30 PM: Daily Revision / Answer Writing Practice

- 10:30 PM: Sleep
