Joint Colleges Training Services (JCTS) is a nationwide
organisation which delivers cultural education for GPs and
provides GP training support to the Aboriginal
Community Controlled Health Service sector.
Our people are highly skilled cultural educators and mentors, who
weave clinical and cultural education together to create greater
access, acceptance and participation in healthcare for Aboriginal
and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.

First Nations Introduction to University – Health. Take the first
step towards choosing a career that’s right for you.
CDU’s First Nations Introduction to University is a free, 4-week full-time study program. It offers a supported
pathway for First Nations students to prepare for future studies. If you are 17 years or older, and considering
a career in health, this program will provide you with the academic skills, confidence, and essential
knowledge needed to choose your health profession.
If you are a First Nations person interested in a career in health and wanting to do further study, the Health
Pathways Program can be a great way to get started.

Program Delivery locations: Darwin, (Casuarina Campus) Nhulunbuy, Alice Springs, and Katherine
Timing: Full-time: Monday – Friday, 9.00 am – 4.00 pm
