IV. Narrative Justification

The allocated School Operating Budget of ₱732,000 was derived using the Boncudin
formula, considering the school's 26 classrooms, 23 teachers, 430 learners, and 105
graduating students. The majority of the budget supports teaching and learning processes
through reproduction of materials, while a significant portion is also allotted to ensure
proper building maintenance, school operations, and learner welfare including disaster
preparedness and gender awareness activities. Graduation activities and utilities are
supported to ensure smooth school operations.
