Summer Vacation is probably the best time of the year for you all;
it’s time for loads of fun, though we can't go out but getting
pampered to no end and of course bonding with distant cousins can be
done virtually.
School is fun too; with learning happening at all times, summer
vacation can also be a time for learning with lots of activities around.
Here are a few tasks for you to complete during the vacation. Do
remember to complete the given tasks after reading them carefully.
Some Tips to make this holiday special:
● Have a family dinner every day of the
holidays.
● Play board games with your parents and siblings and
show them who is the smartest.
Spend some quality time with an elderly person in the family

Some dos and don’ts during summer vacation:
Do’s
Eat a nutritious diet with plenty of water. Include citrus fruits
(orange, lemon, grapefruit) and vegetables which are rich in vitamin C,
vitamin D containing foods (cheese, egg yolks) and zinc-containing
foods (legumes, lentils, beans, and nuts).
Wash your hands frequently, always with soap and water for at least
20 seconds or frequently use alcohol-based hand rub.
Wear light cotton clothes.
Protect yourself and others.
Be a leader in keeping yourself, your school, family and community
healthy.
Cough and sneeze into a tissue or your elbow and avoid touching your
face, eyes, mouth and nose.
Share what you learn about preventing disease with your family and
friends, especially with younger children.
Don’ts:
Do not share cups, eating utensils, food or drinks with others.
Do not have close contacts with a sick person.
Do not participate in large gatherings.
Do not touch your face, nose and eyes without washing hands.
Don’t dirty your place of living.
Don’t have junk food.
Don’t watch too much TV.
Don’t waste time being lazy.

time and supervise the channels your child watches. Provide valuable guidance and spend
quality time with them. Make these holidays memorable by creating a nurturing and stimulating
environment at home that is full of fun, excitement, and learning. Here are a few suggestions
for parents:
* Engage in meaningful conversations every day.
* Read a variety of storybooks.
* Assign small household responsibilities to help them become independent.
* Teach them the importance of moral values in their lives.
* Participate in various indoor games with them.

the speaking skills of the child along with basic mannerisms. Encourage yourward to use the following
statements in daily conversations
A) Greet elders by saying Good Morning/ Good Evening

C) Can I invite my friends to spend the evening together?
D) Hello papa, how are you feeling today?
E). Mumma, how can I help you in household work?
F). What did you do over the weekend?
G).Say SORRY - When you make a mistake or accidentally hurt someone's feelings.
H) Say THANK YOU - When someone does something kind or helpful for you.

Activity - 1 . ( Father's day :- 15 June)
Celebrate Father's Day by making your dad feel special!
Spending quality time and showing appreciation are the best gifts you can give. Don't forget to give
him a big hug and tell him how much you love him!
Make a beautiful and surprise message card for your father on the occasion of father's day.
paste the picture of your father also .
Activity -2 Make your personal dictionary by writing 2 new words and their meanings everyday
in a thin copy and learn them .

YOGA ( 21 June :- Intentional Yoga Day )
The art of parcticing Yoga helps in controlling an
individual's mind ,body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful
body and mind. It also helps in increasing flexibility,muscle strength and body tone.

summary in your own words and draw your favourite sence in the scrapbook .
Don't forget to mention the points given in your summary

more interesting and meaningful along with doing your masti.
