1) Payment: For Hardware 100% advance along with written PO

2) The latest configured computers along with necessary licensed software,
interconnectivity and adequate bandwidth is completely customers liability and we will
not be held responsible for any kind of system failures.
3) We will undertake the customization for the period of 1 Year from the date of Installation
based on actual requirement SRS frozen with the mutual consent
4) We will migrate all yourexcel sheet database like master data of all the employees to our
solution.
5) The logs from machines uploading will be our responsibility.
6) Kindly note cloud-based hosting will be only for One Year from the date of installation
and are always have to renewed per year.
7) Installation:
• Installationof hardware is 2 days per plant (customer will ensure LAN and adequate
power supply for each device).
• Data Migration & software setup within a week’s time from the date we received the
complete masters’ data in prescribed formats
• Software Training for 2/3 Days
8) Implementation of software will take 4-5 Months from the date of installation
9) Travel and Transport outside Nashik City will be borne by customer
10) Software support – Online within 0.5 to 1 working hour within your reporting to our office
Onsite 24 X 7 working hours
11) Modifications,customization apart from agreed mutual SRS will be charged @ Rs. 2200/-
per day per person + 18% GST extra and will be billed on monthly basis. We offer
customization of all sorts of functioning & reporting as per your actual need and
requirements at value additional costs which will be evaluated from time to time.
12) Kindly note these offer itself will be treated as SRS from our company
13) Validity: The validity of offer is for 30 days
14) Annual Maintenance Contract: After the warranty period of 12 months, System & Solution
is willing to provide services on contract basis and the Annual Maintenance Contract
charges will be 20%.
15) Any disputes will be under Nashik Jurisdiction only
