Suggestions and Recommendations
After completing the survey and analyzing the responses, it was noticed that the biggest challenges for
starting the boutique are related to funding and marketing. Based on this, the following suggestions and
recommendations are made to help improve the chances of success:
1. Funding Support
Many new business owners face problems with arranging money. It is suggested to look into
different ways of getting support such as:
o Applying for small business loans or grants, especially those made for women
entrepreneurs.
o Asking for support from family, friends, or potential business partners.
o Saving up before starting the business to reduce financial pressure.
2. Marketing the Business
Promoting the boutique in the right way is very important. To do this:
o Use social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp to reach more
people.
o Share pictures of products and customer reviews to gain trust.
o Offer opening sales, discounts, and referral bonuses to attract new buyers.
3. Making the Products Unique
Since there are other boutiques in the market, it’s important to do something different. This can
be done by:
o Focusing on good quality and unique designs.
o Taking customer suggestions for designs and offering personalized options.
o Keeping up with trends and providing something that others don’t.
4. Learning and Skills Improvement
Many new business owners may not have experience. Learning more can help by:
o Attending workshops, online classes, or training sessions about business, marketing, and
customer service.
o Talking to experienced business owners for tips and advice.
5. Customer Feedback and Improvement
To grow the business, customer satisfaction is key. Some ideas include:
o Asking for feedback regularly and making changes based on it.
o Creating a friendly shopping environment so customers return and tell others.
By following these suggestions, the chances of starting and running a successful boutique can improve.
With the right support, planning, and effort, the business can grow steadily even in a competitive
market.
