BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. ___ s. 2023


RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO MR. HAROLD TAGABAN, OF LEGAL
AGE, AND A BONA FIDE RESIDENT OF THIS BARANGAY TO ESTABLISH AND
OPERATE AN INTEGRATED FARM AT SITIO CABARRUAN, BARANGAY
MARIQUET, SOLSONA, ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, Chapter 4 Section 391 (a) Powers, Duties, and Functions of


Sangguniang Barangay which states that, “The Sangguniang Barangay, as the
legislative body of the barangay, shall: (1) Enact ordinances as may be necessary to
discharge the responsibilities conferred upon it by law or ordinance and to promote
the general welfare of the inhabitants therein;

WHEREAS, Mr. Harold Tagaban, a bona fide resident of Barangay Mariquet,


Solsona, Ilocos Norte, expressed his intention to put up an integrated farm at Sitio
Cabarruan, Barangay Mariquet, Solsona, Ilocos Norte;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council recognizes the potential benefits and


contributions of such integrated farm to the community and its residents;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Barangay Council grants


permission to Mr. Harold Tagaban to establish and operate an integrated farm at
Sitio Cabarruan, Barangay Mariquet, Solsona, Ilocos Norte, subject to compliance
with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing farming operations;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
approval.
