Production and Safety Report Summary

Total production achieved was 3.57MT, falling short of the annual business plan due to unavailability of blast furnaces and low hot metal production. The operation maintained a slag basicity greater than 1.7 and optimized flux consumption to less than 82kg/T, while achieving over 99.7% of heats being chemically acceptable. Safety was prioritized, with more than 80 near misses reported during the financial year.

FAILED TI ACHIEVE ABP MAINLY DUE TO BFs

UNAVAILABILITY AND LOW HOT METAL PRODUCTION.

CONSTANTLY ACHIEVED SLAG BASICITY>1.7 BY OPTIMISING FLUX CONSUMPTION

ACHIEVED IRON ORE USAGE IN RANGE OF 35kg/T

CONSTANTLY ACHIEVED HEAT WEIGHT IN RANGE OF 166T

REPORTED MORE THAN 80 NEAR MISSES IN FINANCIAL YEAR

MORE THAN 99.7% HEATS ARE CHEMICALLY OK. EVEN EWNR, MORE THAN 93% HEATS ARE OK
WHICH IS A GREAT ACHIEVEMENT

SAFETY IS PRIORTISED DURING OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES

FLUX CONSUMPTION IS LESS THAN 82kg/T. WE ARE TRYING TO FURTHER REDUCE IT
