 Staff: What type of jewellery are you interested in
Sir/Mam?
 Customer: I am looking for something in gold,
preferably.
 Staff: Ok mam, I can guide you. The gold jewellery is
on the 3rd floor. You can take the lift mam.

SALES STAFF
 Salesperson: Namaskaram my name is [Your Name].
It is a pleasure to assist you today. Please be seated
mam, would you like to have anything to drink?
 Customer: Namaskaram, I'm looking to purchase a
gold chain.
 Salesperson: Are you looking for a specific weight?
 Customer: I would prefer a lightweight chain, maybe
around 10 grams, with a simple, elegant design.
 Salesperson: Ok sure mam. This is a popular design.
The weight is 10.2 grams. The current gold rate is
