(PART-D) PROBLEM ANSWER FORMAT


(FOR TNDALU LLB & [Link] EXAMS)

Note: Problem section is very important to pass and easy to score marks(6/6)

1. Facts of the case:


Ans: Write the Actual Facts given in the Problem, as it is.

2. Issues:
Ans: Final Questions or Legal issues that are asked in the problem.

3. Solution/Decision:
Ans: Yes (or) No/Liable (or) not type answers in one line.

4. Acts/Provisions:
Ans: Reasons and Findings with relevant Acts+Sections+Provisions.

5. Relevant Case laws (or) Illustration:


Ans: Case law Citation name + Held that Judgment Portion is enough.
(If you don't know any case laws, at least write an illustration.)

6. Conclusion/Judgement:
Ans: Overall Answer in our own view including solutions and reasons.
